Chico Rebels' primary purpose is to teach and promote the game of Lacrosse in a fun, safe, and sportsmanlike environment. Chico Rebels is dedicated to the skill development of lacrosse players and teaches a game of speed, position, and finesse.
Josh grew up watching his father play for Mellor's (a lacrosse team in England) and started playing in California after moving to the United States in 1997. At age 12, he started his lacrosse career. He played all four years at varsity for Miramonte High School, two of which he was a captain. In his senior year he earned All-American honours. He went on to play attack for Chico State in the MCLA DI where he was a three year captain and made all-league three seasons. Josh accepted the head coaching position at Chico State's Mens Lacrosse Program and is currently working toward a teaching credential to further support the youth of Chico on and off the field.
